Add additional FLEX dollars
FLEX funds are used like a gift card to purchase items ala carte at any food service location. FLEX can be used to pay at the door of the dining hall if you don't have meal swipes. FLEX dollars can be added in increments of $25. You will need to know your students numeric ID number and the first three characters of the person's name to be able to make a deposit. Please follow the student and parent instructions below. If you need additional help please contact the Dining Office dining@sru.edu or call 724-738-2038.

Students
  1. Visit the Student Login URL. Students should log in with the ID number and password.
  2. Click Add Cash.
  3. Enter an email address.
  4. Enter the dollar amount.
  5. Enter a note (optional).
  6. Select a balance to add funds to, if available.
  7. Enter the credit card information for billing purposes. Funds should be immediately available.

To add funds and access your account information on the go, download the TouchNet mobile app from the App Store for iOS or from Google Play for Android. Learn more about the TouchNet mobile app.


Parents
  1. Visit the Parents login URL. Parents should log in with the student ID number.
  2. In the Standard Account field, enter the student’s Banner ID number, but change the letter ‘A’ to the number ‘0’ (A01234567 should be entered as 001234567).
  3. Enter the first three characters of the student’s first name as shown on their ID card.
  4. Select a balance to add funds to, if available.
  5. Enter the deposit amount, your email address, an optional note, and mark if you want to notify the card holder. Click continue.
  6. Enter the credit card information for billing purposes. Funds should be immediately available.
